The journey of TUNTAŞ A.Ş., which began in 1916 with a small plumbing supply shop in Söke, Aydın, has continued into the 2000s as a prominent industrial enterprise in the plumbing sector, now under the leadership of the family’s fourth generation.
By producing pipes, valves, and fittings for the heating and sanitary supply industries, the company has consistently expanded its growth by closely monitoring industry developments and market needs, aiming to remain at the forefront of innovation.
DEMAT, which have become a recognized brand both in Turkey and abroad, are manufactured at the company’s advanced facilities in Söke, Aydın, using cutting-edge technologies.
With a core philosophy focused on identifying market needs before production and making strategic investments accordingly, along with rigorous quality control and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction after sales, the company continues to strengthen its position in the industry with a dedicated team of 150 employees.
Our operations are divided into three main sections for brass production—hot forging, machining, and assembly—and two sections for the production of plastic pipes and fittings, which include extrusion and injection molding.All processes are carried out using state-of-the-art machinery and equipment that meet globally recognized technological standards.
Our products undergo highly precise quality control and are packaged with the same level of care to ensure they are shipment-ready.With its innovative structure, our facility has the capability to manufacture the full range of composite-based materials, considered the new generation in the plumbing industry.
